Specialized Commission for Communication and Environmental Education (CECEA)
We are a family owned and operated business.

The Specialized Commission for Communication and Environmental Education (CECEA) of the Portuguese Association of Water Distribution and Drainage (APDA) is made up of representatives of water service management entities in Portugal.

CECEA's actions are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the UN, namely those related to the protection of the environment and the fight against climate change.

The work developed is based on the sharing of knowledge obtained through the professional experience of all its members in the areas of Communication and Environmental Education, between APDA associates and professionals in the sector.
